My Skool Community Name

The Men's Inner Circle

Brief Personal Background

Originally from New Zealand, I'm now based in Australia.

I've been married twice and am the father to 4 kids - all of which has provided a wealth of learning on it's own! Outside of work, I love to cook good food to share with my friends and family. I value quiet reflection, honest conversation, and time in nature.

Brief Professional Background

I spent over 20 years in the IT industry before transitioning into personal development and men’s work. I now facilitate group spaces and one-on-one work focused on emotional awareness, inner guidance, and sustainable personal change. My work blends lived experience with practical tools that help men understand what’s really driving their patterns.

How did you discover Skool?

A friend referred me to Skool while I was looking for a platform that prioritised real community and conversation over noise and algorithms. It stood out as a place where depth and engagement actually matter.

What inspired you to start your Skool community?

As I started on my journey to help others, I slowly worked out that I wanted to focus on helping men (initially at least). I saw how many men were quietly struggling while appearing “fine” on the surface. I wanted to create a space where men could slow down, speak honestly, and feel met without being judged or fixed. The community grew from a desire to normalise real conversations about work, relationships, identity, and direction.

What transformation do your members experience?

My work isn’t about telling men how to live, but about creating space for clarity to emerge. As the noise of conditioning quiets, members learn to trust themselves and move through life with more calm, steadiness, and confidence.

Who is your ideal community member?

Men who are functioning on the outside but know something isn’t quite aligned internally. They’re open, curious, and willing to reflect honestly, even when answers aren’t immediate.

What's one unexpected lesson you've learned from running your community?

Connection and sharing don't come from pushing harder. I've had to learn to be patient and ensure safety first. When pressure drops, men naturally open in their own time.

If someone is considering joining your community, what would you tell them?

This isn’t a space for quick fixes or surface-level motivation. It’s for men who want to uncover what’s really going on beneath the noise and slowly reclaim who they are.
