My Full Name

Liam Gallagher

My Skool Community Name

Functional Living Academy

Brief Personal Background

I currently live in North Carolina. I love spending as much time outdoors and in nature as possible. I love hiking, foraging, growing things, and learning

Brief Professional Background

I bring over 30 years of experience working with functional and alternative approaches to health. My work centers on teaching practical, self-care skills that empower people to actively support their own well-being. I emphasize the thoughtful use of herbs, targeted nutrients, intentional movement, and consistent effort—guided by small, incremental changes that are sustainable over time.

How did you discover Skool?

I found Skool through the recommendation of someone that knew me and what I do. I was told it might be a great vehicle for what I offer.

What inspired you to start your Skool community?

I was inspired to create my community because I have always looked for a group of like minded individuals, who were wanting to master themselves. And never found one.

What transformation do your members experience?

Members in the community gain the skills, knowledge, and support for taking charge of their health and wellness.

Who is your ideal community member?

My ideal community member is anyone who is on or wants to begin their personal health journey. And for those that have a desire to master themselves.

What's one unexpected lesson you've learned from running your community?

I have learned that was unexpected is that people are likely to join, but that doesn't mean they will engage.

If someone is considering joining your community, what would you tell them?

This community isn’t built around quick fixes or trendy solutions. It’s about making specific, sustainable changes consistently so your health actually improves in ways you can maintain long-term.
